Board · what ops sees first

Creators pulled in on schedule. Open it and pick.

Finding creators used to mean searching, copying into a spreadsheet, then comparing one by one. Now you tell Tide where to look; it pulls creators in on schedule, lays them out in one table, and gives every row a screening score you can take apart.

From pulling creators to handing over a list: four steps.

  1. 01Scheduled pulls

    Tell Tide where to look

Pick a platform, add a few keywords or paste a list of accounts, then set a target region and how often. It runs on time — no manual runs.

  2. 02Screening board

Everyone it finds, in one table

Platform, region, follower tier, priority, newly added… every filter is a chip — no typing. Each chip shows how many creators are left.

  3. 03Screening score

Every row has a score you can take apart

Scale, activity, performance and region, compared only with creators on the same platform and target region. Missing data never counts as 0, and small samples are called out.

  4. 04Shortlist and export

Tick a few, shortlist or export

Add ticked creators to the shortlist in one tap — your selection team sees them right away. Or export the current view as a spreadsheet, with every part of the score and every reason.

Step 1 · Scheduled pull plan

Set it once, and it pulls on schedule.

A plan is one platform + a few keywords (or a list of accounts) + one target region + how often + how many creators per run at most. Like this one:

  • The target region travels with every creator the plan finds — it’s what the score’s “region” part checks against.
  • Pulls still stay within the daily call allowance and budget: if there isn’t enough left, the plan waits until tomorrow — it never overspends.
  • Only these three options: Tide schedules once a day, so anything tighter wouldn’t mean anything.

  • Activity20%Posts in the last 30 days; if unknown, days since the last post
  • Performance30%Image-and-text platforms: median engagement (or engagement rate). Video platforms: median views
  • Region20%The creator’s stated location vs your target region: match 100, mismatch 0, can’t tell = not assessed
  1. 01Compared only within the same platform and target region: every part is a 0–100 percentile in that group.
  2. 02Missing never counts as 0: that part is “not assessed”, the total is reweighted over the rest and marked “provisional”.
  3. 03Fewer than 2 parts assessed means no score: “not enough evidence”, priority “to verify”.
  4. 04Groups with fewer than 5 creators get “small sample”: the score still counts, but can’t reach P1.
  5. 05P1 = total ≥ 70, region matches, no hard risk, not a brand account; P2 = total ≥ 50, no hard risk; a region mismatch goes straight to P4 on hold.
  6. 06Risks are noted, never deducted: unavailable posts, no recent posts and abnormal health only hold back the priority — the score doesn’t move.

Add to shortlist

Tick a few and tap “Add to shortlist” — they show up in the selection workspace’s basket right away. Creators already shortlisted carry an orange corner tag on the board, and get their data refreshed first.

Export a spreadsheet

Export the current view (up to 2,000 creators at a time) or just the ones you ticked. Every part’s percentile, actual weight and status is in there, plus the total, priority, flags and rule version.
